My client provides an independent personalised offers Quantity Surveying and Project Management services to clients, developers and contractors in the UK and abroad. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team that have been working together for over fifteen years with experience on high end/luxury new build and refurbishment, listed buildings and occupied premises projects.

The successful candidates will;

• need between 4-5 years relevant construction industry experience ideally from a consultancy but we will also consider candidates from a contracting background.
• Experience working on high-end resi, hotel and leisure projects, valued between £4M to £20M.

Salary range is between £45-65k pa (based on experience)
