MRICS Building Surveyor – London

Salary: £45000 – £60000 + Bens + Bonus

Would you like to be part of a specialist Property based in Central London, who are strongly committed to an inclusive and rewarding environment? Working with blue chip + commercial clients around the London area my client are looking for a MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team.

As a Senior Building surveyor your duties would include:

• Providing Professional Services, including dilaps, surveys and party wall services to a commercial clientele
• Be able to manage time and resource allocated to projects
• To have an understanding of client expectations and ensure that a high quality of service is provided to all clients
• Manage building and planning applications in accordance with the building regulations authority
• Working with the marketing team to bring in new clients and market services to existing clients
• Take responsibility of production of documentation for projects by having good relationships with other consultants

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will preferably have MRICS and be degree educated (or equivalent). We are ideally looking for a candidate who’s able to work autonomously and be a key member within a team. Are you looking for progression paths with the company you join?
