Are you a Mechanical Engineer with TBM experience in Tunnelling? Looking for a long term freelance contract on a major infrastructure project in London?

Our client is currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer to work on the prestigious Thames Tideway Tunnel project, they are looking for someone with experience on a Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) to manage programme & planning and delivery of a section of work lasting a minimum of 9 months.

Candidates will be considered at a Mechanical Engineer, Senior Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Project Manager level provided they have an understanding of mechanical work activities on a TBM. The position will be office based, working day shifts.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering (minimum HNC/HNC)
• Demonstrable experience working for a recognised contractor on UK or international major tunnelling projects
• Valid CSCS card
