Asset Manager – Commercial Real Estate. Our client is a nationwide non sector-specific real estate investment and development firm, their aim is to source, enhance, and manage properties, providing a hands-on approach to take advantage of opportunities as they arise. They are now looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join their prestigious property team.

The Role: As the Asset Manager your core duties and responsibilities will include the following:

• Being involved across all aspects of asset and property management for a UK-wide, diverse portfolio including offices, hotels, retail, and industrial assets.
• Conducting letting campaigns, refurbishments, change-of-use/planning, major capital works, and lease re-gears.
• Liaising with third party agents across a variety of property transactions.
• Acquiring and disposing of freehold investment properties.
• Conducting financial reporting and yield analysis.
• Responsible for lettings/lease renewals, re-gears, repairs and maintenance.
• Planning and overseeing extensions / change-of-use initiatives to enhance asset values.
• Overseeing of asset sales where other options have been exhausted or where market conditions are favourable.
