Architectural Technologist/Technical Architect permanent job in the East London region – £35-45K & benefits

Your new company
You will be working for a high profile private practice who works across a variety of sectors providing a diverse range of Surveying, Architectural and Project Management services to their valued clients. Their pipeline of projects include multiple residential schemes, mixed use residential/commercial, office and commercial warehousing.

Your new role
As the Architectural Technologist/Technical Architect, you will be a client facing, project focused professional with excellent technical knowledge and able to co-ordinate and manage projects (RIBA Stages 4-7). You will have an extensive understanding of UK Building Regulations able to challenge building control/approved inspectors with relevant solutions. You will manage a small design team producing core drawing packages, solve complex construction details and work alongside structural engineers to develop cohesive building regulation and construction packages.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to have extensive experience in a similar post and will have managed projects at RIBA Stages 4-7, experience of managing a small design team and have excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations. You will need to have excellent communication, people management and organisational skills with a proactive approach and the ability to problem solve with relevant solutions.
